DONT EAT BIRD CHILLI LIKE THAT . TOO HOT
If you guys love keropok lekor, u guys will love celop tepong even more, seafoods tempura originally from Terengganu, and it comes with similar chilli sauce, so tasty. I remember eating it at Terengganu beach a long time ago, and it is the most delicious tempura seafood I've had.
All the food looks so tasty and fresh in Malaysia and so comforting to eat during those epic rainy spells. Loved that your barber brought you snacks to try How kind, but he recognised good people when he met you both. Dont be fooled by that cute kitten face Ellis, there's a lion hiding in there 😂
I've never had Nasi Dagang, but my cousin said it is nice, just not into Tuna Fish.
one of the better videos I have seen today
👍👍👍 nasi kandar my favorites
Here's a trick to drinking overly sweet iced drinks: Don't stir the bottom, take the straw and drink from the top where the ice is. And when I used to work at a hotel here, I remember seeing guests buying boxes of raw kerepok lekor to bring home for friends and family.
Fresh keropok lekor is the best😀
You looks great eating with right hand.. we respect that.. wow😮
The premium Nasi Dagang come with pickle, and with fish floss…
I prefer chicken than tuna/mackerel..
Nasi dagang Terengganu mmg terbaik 👍🍛🍛😋👍 super sedap
Durian belanda = dutch durian 😂
u are so sweets and humble couples.Trying M'sian foods with full respect.U bahasa M'sia almost perfect.Well done.
น้ำพริกปลาร้าของมาเลเซีย🤤👍🏿👍🏿✌🏿✌🏿😆😆😆
that was fried bitter gourd 😋🤤
You guys should try Malaysian fruits… like Durian Belanda (Soursop), Starfruit, Ciku (highly recommended), Jambu (Rose Apple, also highly recommended), Buah Nona (Custard Apple), Mangosteen (Queen of Fruits), Jackfruit, Langsat and Rambutan.
You can always ask the fruit stall owner how to eat them. For e.g. Buah Nona could be eaten with spoon after you have broken the fruit open, you just eat the flesh, but they are seedy. Jambu (Rose Apple) you break it into half, remove the bottom parts and the centre part as well as the centre part doesnt taste that pleasant (no worry, it’s not poisonous LOL)
Saya bagi salute pada kamu pandai menilai rasa makanan rempah ratus walaupun berbeza culture.
8:16 Yes Nasi dagang is made of mixture of normal rice and glutinous rice..cooked in coconut milk and the brown thingy in the rice is fenugreek seeds
Since you guys in Trengganu, and if you make your way to Kemaman town (a pretty small town), you can try Tong Juan Restaurant for their stuffed crab (famous) and fish ball. And also Hai Peng Coffee for coffee and toasted or steamed bread (you can buy packeted coconut biscuits too, which mostly eaten dipped in coffee)
Imagine a random guy just buy you food 😂 . Lovely
for nasi kandar i usually ask for separuh nasi ( half rice) definitely cannot finish a whole plate myself.
OMG. I really miss Nasi Dagang. What is missing is Acar (pickled veg and fruit) which refreshing to the dish (not the Nyonya Acar type though), which makes the Nasi Dagang a pretty balanced dish with carbs, protein and veg.
I miss the Keropok too. Keropok Lekor is the generic name, which can be thin and crispy, or thicker and chewy, both can be dipped in the chilli sauce. What you guys had is Keropok Sago, kinda specialized version with added ingredient (which is Sago). Another specialized Keropok is Keropok Bawang (Onion Keropok). These specialized Keropok are not easy to find, but if you find them, go ahead and try. Likewise, Goreng Pisang (Fried Banana Fritters) have versions like, Goreng Pisang Madu (with honey added) Goreng Pisang Sesame (with sesame seed added), etc and they are delicious. There are many types of fried fritters, jackfruit, taro, etc and these are snacks enjoyed by Malaysian alot.
Enjoy!!
Good morning
Normally there are two more side dish for nasi dagang which is a slightly sweet cucumber salad with vinegar we call acar timun and boiled egg.
I prefer Nasi Dagang Terengganu over Kelantanese
You're right it's a chunk of tuna in nasi dagang curry
Yea nice food yea👍🏽👍🏽. btw u can request NO SUGAR or LESS LESS SUGAR while ordering for any drink in future yeah😀
Yeah the best of you guys😅use to eat nasi dagang by hand😮 make it's so delicious 😋 nasi kandar &briyani is also yummy 😊guys can see you're frienly to people🎉 have a nice day🦋🦋
Nasi dagang terengganu, the nasi is all white..while nasi dagang kelantan, the nasi is mixed with red rice. Personally I prefer nasi dagang terengganu..🥰 Next time, you should try with 'gulai udang' or 'prawn curry' …it's marvellous ..the complete set should come with 'coconut+fish dry sambal' + acar (mixed of cucumber, chili, sometimes cabbage, carrot, onion in vinegar)…
While you're still in Terengganu, pla grab yourself 'satar' 'otak-otak' 'keropok lekor' dan 'keropok keping'..keropok=chip ..
I was like you when my first taste nasi kerabu, I was like crazy to eating this every morning for my breakfast but later on, getting bored of this and go back to my favourite Nasi Lemak
12:20 that is deep fried bitter gourd.
20:05 the cat seems to be craving for keropok lekor too 😂
❤❤❤💯🔥🔥🔥🇰🇭🇹🇭🇺🇲
Try kuih Akok👍😊
Well, if u eat chinese or indian food u may find them in China n India but if u eat Malay or indigenous food, they can only be found in Malaysia.
Where is the pickeled cucumber?
ทานอาหารที่แปลกออกไปได้ไหม หรืออาหารท้องถึ่นมีแค่ที่คุณทาน อยากเห็นอาหารที่หลากหลายค่ะ ขอบคุณที่แชร์เรื่องราว
There is something missing in your Nasi dagang . Other than the fish, Usually served with acar timun (cucumber soaked in vinegar & sugar)
Your rice dish nasi kandar was massive
So kind of the man to buy you keropok lekor.
