i am a bihari and i know to make this curry. you need 3/4 quantity of onion for chicken.. like if you are taking 1 kg chicken then you need 700gm onion.
Omg delicious! Definitely going to try this recipe π Black cardamom is something I have never cooked with so must get some. I have grown up with the green cardamom only so really want to try it as I see it being used in many recipes! Xx
