I GONNA LABEL SUPEROR AS CUST THAT PURCHASE THIS SUBSCRIPTION.
They have quote for everyday trip. For example like if 1st January trip have 3 flights, not all 3 flights can be purchased by SUPEROR. Usually the time not popular will have potential for SUPEROR. Other will gonna be 100% normal flight purchase. Then the qouta, example like 1st January have 3 flights. Only 2 flight have for SUPEROR, BUT not all the seat can be purchased by the SUPEROR. Example the passenger per flight about 45 passengers seat that can buy the airplane ticket as normal purchase. Mybe about per flight about 10 quota seat for SUPEROR. If the quota finish so u need to check for other flight or trip. If within 6 months or 8 months all the trip that for SUPEROR is full, mean is full u can't purchase flight using super! U pay expensive but so hard to get the flight by using super.
AS u know this is big company the, definitely they want the SUPEROR a lot but the quota not even same quantity with SUPEROR.
Like my case the same destination I I purchased on Nov want to purchase some flight today for the next 16 days, unfortunately can't be redeem because of full quota according to AA agent. So I try check same destination but on date 31st January next yr, 23. The quota is full!
Also for those who read this, when have purchased super alrd, when u want to purchase ur flight by using super benefit u need to purchase before 14 days before the flight. Example on 1st day, 14th day and before u can't get the benefit from the super. So only can get the benefit the day of 15th and above. If on 5th day, so u only can get the benefit on the day 19th. IF STILL HAVE QUOTA! If no quota during the day u want to fly, mean u cant purchase the flight by using super. So I gonna make it clear here the SUPEROR IS MORE THAN THE QUOTA!
Now understand what i mean by feel like getting scam? When ask AA agent only say quota full. For people that work far but want to go back on big day like have festival or mybe emergency. Definitely good candidate for AA to "scam" you.
And when u already purchased the subscription, u cant REFUND! even though u not even use yet for purchase any flight that offer by the super package.
High RECOMMEND really don't PURCHASE. They only show the positive side in the video but in the term and conditions so many disadvantages for cust. This package is just like female Dracula, the face look beautiful but once u get trap by the beauty u can see 100 hundred horrible side.
